Error activating licence

Good morning, Trados team:

I am trying to activate my Trados licence but am receiving the following error message:

Activation error dialog box in Trados Studio showing 'Error de activacion. No se ha podido conectar al servidor de activacion. Compruebe la direccion del servidor de activacion en la configuracion del proveedor - No se puede resolver el nombre remoto: sdl.prod.sentinellcloud.com'

I de-activated and re-activated the licence last week on a different computer without any problems. 

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
