Thank you. I got the reply to my case from Alina, but I had to wait one day.
It still will be good to have the reset capability without limitation in case of emergencies like I experienced with computer crashing or reimaging went wrong, or a real chat room as before. Bot chat is for dummies and goes nowhere.

That will not happen. If you can see you are using up the number of times you are allowed to do this you should contact support in good time so they can help to ensure you don't have a problem in the future.
