I was able to install and activate the licence for my Studio 2019 on my new PC but when I open Studio, I get the page where it says Activate, or Buy a Licence or Continue with the trial issue. How do I get get of that.
Also, how can I transfer the projects from the old installation to the newly reinstalled Studio on the new PC.

I`ve checked your account and currently you only have a 2017 license but you also have an available upgrade from 2017 to 2019. In order to have the 2019 license available in your account you need to process the available upgrade as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
Once the upgrade is processed you can activate Studio 2019 with the new generated license.
Regarding the projects, you can copy them using an USB stick for example. They cannot be transferred from one computer to another through Studio.

Thank you very much for your reply, which made me realize I mistakenly downloaded the upgrade to 2019 when what I really wanted to do was to download 2017 to my new PC. So what I did this morning was uninstall the 2019 upgrade and then download Studio 2017 to my new PC, but now, the problem I have is that I cannot deactivate the licence (which I had activated yesterday after installing the 2019 upgrade... Can you help me please?
