I (abao@sdl.com) used to create project by SDL Trados Studio 2019, however, it always failed to save the project in the end, attached screen shot for your reference. Even I closed all the application, and restarted PC, then re-created the project, it showed the error again.
After one day, when I created project using the same version "SDL Trados Studio 2019", it resumed magically without any effort for fixing the issue. In case any problem happened in the future, which may hinder the normal working process of urgent business tasks, I raised the request hoping to find the root cause of the issue.
