after installing the update nothing works anymore. This is what I see after application start:

An empty screen with just three Menu Commands. Under "File" the only command is "Exit".

Do you think it is possible that you give me an activation code for this previous version so that I can create quotes, delivery notes and invoices until TBM 6 works?

I am so sorry, but it doesn't work. The install seems OK, but at the end TBM doesn't start automaticalle although this is option is activated. 

No problem so far, I started TBM from the Start menu. The menus worked, but when clicking on "Customer" (to see if I can enter a customer) the programm switched back to the screen I sent you yesterday and stopped working with the same error message as yesterday: "An error has occurred. Error log has been sent to our developers. Application may no longer respond until reloaded (press F5 to reload). You can press F12 to view error details in the browser's console. Reload". Below please find the error log. I am not sure if you can open it from here. If not, please send me an eMail to herbert.egert@transl8it.de. I will send you the file then.

may I offer you to take control of my computer using Remote Desktop or something similar so that you can track what is going on with the software?. Do you think that would help?

Just a note to other users who may read this thread. We have organized remote session with Herbert and fixed an issue by deleting database, which for some reason was created incorrectly after first application launch.
