Dear All,

we are currently having few problems in deactivating licenses.

We need to deactivate few standalone licenses due to IT maintenance carried out internally.

We cannot do it online because the IT assistant has already changed the PC names without notice to us, and the SDL license page does not let me do it offline.

The licenses to deactivate (or reset) are:

 - a SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional licence with code ending with fffb

- SDL Trados Studio 2017 Professional with code ending with cd7

Could you please deactivate or reset them, so we can activate them again?
