Your license is available for activation. If you`re trying to perform an Offline activation the Installation ID is displayed automatically at steps 5 from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033980
If you want to activate it online you don`t need an installation ID: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
