I have a tandem license and none of them works now. I tried to reset it, but it gives an error message that it doesn't want to reset it.
Actually, it says:
"An error has occurred
An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.
Please try reloading / refreshing this page."
Now, this is a dead end, because I cannot open a ticket either, for this message keeps popping up that an error has occurred and that's it.
Meanwhile, I used all the retrospective demo periods for 2019, 2017 and now I cannot do my work.
Please someone help me with this without recommending "you should go and reset your license".
