I purchased SDL Trados Studio 2019 in 2019. Every time (this week) I open the program I get the same window asking me to activate the product again. I have never had this problem before. I have already reset my licence three times. I tried again, but the following message appears: You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available.
Could you help me with this?
