Activation key problem : Trados 2017 reverted to trial mode despite earlier successful installation.

Hello,

I changed computer and after deactivation, I successfully reactivated my licence on the newcomputer (Trados 2017).–

On May 9 I opened Trados 2017 to use it again and was surprised to see it that it had inexplicably « reverted » to a trial version !

I tried to copy paste my licence number in SDL Trados but as I suspected, it did not work.

I can’t even try to deactivate and reactivate because the licence is considered « in use » on the new computer in my sdl account.

Could you please let me know what to do ? I do not understand what is happening and I use this software for work almost every day.
