Can you please help me with a problem I have with Studio 2019. I had to reboot my computer and when I turned it back on all the projects were gone (see screenshot), which is not so bad as I have them all in their individual folders.

I have since opened and worked on a package, but it doesn’t appear in the projects field, nor do any files appear in the files field, so I don’t think I will be able to create return packages when I have to deliver. Can you please help me to restore the correct status? My account name is Richard Fluskey.

Hi Richard Fluskey , 
 Can you please check that you have selected "Show all projects" status in the Projects bar, on the left side of the window? 
 
 In addition run all the updates of your Studio 2019, to make sure it's updates with the latest builds. 
 Also, if the status is correct, please make sure Studio is added to the safelist in your antivirus program:

 Eventually, try a Studio repair, Workaround 1 from here:
