Hi,

We have 2 licences for Trados 2019.

One of them is: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

the account was registered for one of our emploees (e.jankowska@pathfinder23.com). This person left to another company 2 months ago. Her computer was cleared from all software (including Trados), as these are our internal procedures.

Now a new member has joined ur company. Maria needs to have Studio Trados Professional 2019 installed on her laptop, and of course Ms Jankowska's account/email address will be replaced with Maria's. 

However, now on the website there is only the pssiblity to download the 2021 versin, while we need the 2019. How to download 2019 version onto new emploee's (Maria's) laptop? In a first place: where from?
