I formatted my computer without deactivating my Trados license (I have a SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance). I have downloaded trados from "Downloads" on my SDL account, and now I have access to the free trial. It does not show me the option to deactivate, surely because I missed the deactivation step before formatting the computer.
I have been reading all the info available, but cannot find a solution. Can I still recover my license? If so, how?
