Problems with Trados Studio Freelance subscription

Hello,

I purchased a 12 months Trados Freelance subscription. Every time I launched a new project, it asked me to activate the product. Now, it says me I can't activate it because I've reached the limit of devices connected. But actually, I've only been activating it over and over again on the same computer. I bought a product for 12 months and I should be able to use it 12 months... On my account, there is absolutely no information about those supposedly connected devices.
