There are indeed three email addresses registered.

The accounts (email addresses) beginning with 'ab' and 'bu' contain no licences and therefore you wont be able to connect.

You should try logging in using the email address using the 'uw...' email address.

Just tried again with the "uw" address but I get the same message about the account having already been linked etc. Also when loggin in via my web browser and checking on /oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses I can see old licenses but not the one for Studio 2021. Could you investigate further, please?
