Hello everyone,
Hopefully someone can help me! I'm using Studio 2019 (free trial) and I cannot create or add translation memories.
As you can see below, I can only select "Settings", but when it comes to the termbases, I can easily create or add them.
Has anyone come across the same problem? How can I fix this?

Can you check if you can create TMs from the TM view?
Please go to Studio > Help tab > About SDL Trados Studio and send me a screenshot to see the exact version you have installed.

From the screenshot you sent I can see you have the Starter version activated so you don`t use the Trial version which has all the features available.
For the Starter license there are some limitations, for example TM administration is not available so the TM view is grayed out. Also, with the Starter version is not allowed to open multiple TMs at a time in single file translations. More details here: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
However, you should be able to create TMs from the Project Settings but as long as you don`t have a TM already open there. From your initial screenshot I can`t tell if you already have a TM added or not. If you do have a TM added try to remove it and see it the Create button becomes available.
