Deactivation Trados Studio 2019

Hi,

I am trying to deactivate the license in my main device to be able to re-install it on Monday in a new hard drive. I get this message "Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance". I would need urgent help as I have an appointment with the IT technician this afternoon.
