Hi everybody:

I am stuck with the following problem:

I am using Studio 2019 to the last index and all was good.

Then since Studio 2017 was not working anymore, I removed it from my computer. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE!

Now when I start Studio 2019 it tells me that the evaluation period has passed (sic)

I have a valid license on my account, it show that it is in use (not by me)

I tried to enter the activation code but it is telling me that the activation failed because I have no license available, I tried to reset the license on sdl.com and it went into error.

I have a huge number of projects going on, please HELP ME!
