You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2011 and Trados Studio 2014.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
If that doesn't help you we can log a support request on your behalf.
