Today we have a problem with our network license. We were unable to activate or use this license.
We bought the license at the end of April 2021
Our system administrator then sent me a picture showing that the license had expired ???
please send us information on how we can use our license again.

Please go to your customer account and check the details of your license. You will also see the expiration date. If the license has expired, you need to find out why.
What may have happened is that the invoice for this license has not yet been paid (or not registered at RWS) and therefore expired after the 30 days grace period.
In that case, you would need to check with your account manager on how to proceed.

Who is my account manager?
Can I just reset the license and see what happens then? I got a response from support that my license had been reset ... but that's not true. See image

I`ve reset your license one more time. Before reactivating the license on the server please do the following (on the licensing server):
Ensure that all SDL products are closed on the server.
1. Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\NetworkLicensingServer\2 and rename the "2" folder to "2_old".
The following step should be performed only if you DO NOT have other licenses hosted by SafeNet licensing system for other softwares!
2. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS License Manager\WinNT and rename the file lservrc to lservrc_old.
3. Open SafeNet License Manager (WlmAdmin) and check if the AllowTQA 2021 or ProfessionalEdition 2021 features are still listed under Subnet servers > your server name. If they are, right-click on each of them and select Remove Feature.
