Network license

Hallo together

We bought a network license in April 2021. So far worked fine.
But today we have the following problem: We can no longer activate or find our floating license. We noticed the following:

It is shown to us under server information that the license has an expiration date of May 15th, 21st. How can that be?

When I start SDL-Trados, I am only offered a test license.

I don't have any more options for getting my floating network license. For my colleague, the interface for activating the license comes up and then the error message that the license has expired.

How can we use our license again?

    Hello

    I`ve reset your Network license. Before reactivating the license on the server please do the following (on the licensing server):

    Ensure that all SDL products are closed on the server.

    1. Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\NetworkLicensingServer\2 and rename the "2" folder to "2_old".

    The following step should be performed only if you DO NOT have other licenses hosted by SafeNet licensing system for other softwares!
    2. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS License Manager\WinNT and rename the file lservrc to lservrc_old.

    3. Open SafeNet License Manager (WlmAdmin) and check if the AllowTQA 2021 or ProfessionalEdition 2021 features are still listed under Subnet servers > your server name. If they are, right-click on each of them and select Remove Feature.
