Having used the Starter version so far I purchased the Freelance version ten days ago, deactivated the Starter version and activated the Freelance version. However, I can not use Freelance features like TM and TB management, add ins (receiving error message: "Please upgrade your licence to enable this feature"). According to my SDL account, the freelance version is in use, the Starter version not. What is wrong? Is it possible that the starter licence is still active, inspite of the status indicated in my account? Checking the version in SDL Studio via Help-Product activation I don't see which version is in use.
