Hello!
I received a license key for students and it worked just fine (SDL Trados Studio 2019), until I reinstalled my Windows without deactivating my license first. Now, I cannot reactivate my license, it says there is no currently available license for that specific activation code.
Can someone help me? Thank you in advance!

Its sounds as though you were given a license by your university and therefore don't have direct access to have this reset.
Please contact your lecturer/university admin team who provided you with the license, as they are the only ones that can request a reset (or reset the license in the appropriate account.

Hello, one of my colleagues had the same problem and she resolved it here, she received a case number and someone contacted her via e-mail.
I already talked to my university admin and she said this is how I get to reactivate the license, like my colleague did.
