Hi,
last year I graduated from Institut für Fremdsprachen und Auslandskunde (IFA) Erlangen and was awarded with a Trados Studio license through the Top Student Award programme. I had not yet activated this license because I meant to buy a new computer first, and now when I tried to activate it via the link included, it did not work and no license was added to the basket through the link. Thank you for your advice.
I sent an email to education@sdl.com some time ago, but haven’t received a reply. And since I don’t have an active license, I have hardly another way of contacting Trados, really. I really need the license as I am about to start working as a translator...
