I have a problem with deactivating my license. I had worked on one my computer using my SDL Trados license. Unfortunatelly, that computer had broken down and now I cannot work with Trados installed there. I would like to transfer my license to my new computer. It is impossible, however, due to the impossibility of deactiviating it via the program. I also tried to reset my license through your website but I failed to do that because of an error. Please, tell me how may I transfer my license to my new computer?
