from Starter to Freelance

Question

Hello, 
 I think I'm having the same license issue. 
 It seems I've downloaded and installed Studio Freelance correctly, but when I open it, it's still the Studio Started that would be running:

I'm informed about also having the Freelance edition linked to my account, though: 
 
 So, I can access to Trados live, for instance, but I still can't use some of the Freelance edition functionalities. 
 
 What did I do wrong?

Hello Vanessa Bruno 
 You purchased a Trados Studio subscription not a perpetual license. The subscription can be activated following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039952 
 Before activating the subscription try to deactivate your Starter license from Studio > Help tab > Product activation.
