Hi,
We've recently updated from Studio 2019 to Studio 2021 (3 out of 5 licences).
After the intervention of SDL support,it worked correctly a couple of days and now it's a mess again. Since this morning I haven't been able to open 2019 nor 2021 licence!
It's very urgent, please contact me asap.

In order to determine the cause of the issue please go on the licensing server > open Safenet License Manager (WlmAdmin) > expand Subnet Servers > expand your server > expand Allow TQA 2019 and Allow TQA 2021 and send me a screenshot.
