First you need to add the users to the Language Cloud account: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027193

The, they can activate Studio as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039952

When they don`t need access to it you can remove them from the Language Cloud account.

You purchased a Trados Studio subscription for 100 users not perpetual licenses so you don`t have any activation codes. The subscription can be activated following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039952

In order to see who is using the subscriptions you can follow steps 1 and 2 from this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

The option we chose was to keep our perpetual licenses (62) + 100 licenses brought for students.

Please could you verify it.

If you have Trados Live as part of the academic program then there is no option for perpetual licences.  Please drop me an email and we can discuss this - pfilkin@sdl.com
