Hi! Can anyone point me to information on how to deactivate Trados 2021 on only one of the two computers I have? I'm getting a new laptop this week, and would like to uninstall and deactivate Trados from one of the two laptops I own, so I can install Trados 2021 on the new computer. I have Trados Freelance Plus.

Thank you! One last question! There are two numbers, two fulfillments for the same date, on my deactivation page. How do I know which fulfillment number corresponds to which laptop?
You can take as reference the activation date shown next to each activation code.
If both dates are the same or you're not sure about it, please let me know and i will log a ticket for you with the technical team so they can help.

Thank you Oana! I'd appreciate a ticket, because both dates are the same. I have to sell one of my laptops in a couple of hours (the buyer is coming today), so if the answer doesn't come through, I'll just reset both of them and start over... (which I'd rather not!).
