Hello! I was aided by Oana (Thank you!) in finding the correct information on how to reset my Freelance Plus license on only one of my laptops (I've got two, selling one and getting a new one, want to install Trados on the new one). The issue now is that on my deactivation page I've got two fulfillment numbers, both on the same date, so I don't know which fulfillment number corresponds to which laptop, in order to deactivate.

You can deactivate the license directly from Studio > Help tab > Product activation. Only if this doesn`t work you need to deactivate the license using the Reset option. If this is needed and if you remember on which laptop you did the first activation this is pretty easy. The first activation corresponds to fulfillment code ending in "c4c19" and the second one to fulfillment code ending in "8252".
If not, I`ll have to log a case because a remote session is needed to check specific details.

Thank you Sorin, this is useful for the future, however, for now, I can't do it this way because there was a problem with my license in January, and SDL help team reset both PCs themselves, so I don't know which one they did first. I guess I need a ticket.

Hi Sorin, i cannot connect from the laptop I want to uninstall Trados from because I reset it to factory settings in order to sell it.
