How to know which Fulfillment Code corresponds to which of my two laptops in order to reset only one Freelance Plus Edition of Trados 2021

Hello! I was aided by Oana (Thank you!) in finding the correct information on how to reset my Freelance Plus license on only one of my laptops (I've got two, selling one and getting a new one, want to install Trados on the new one). The issue now is that on my deactivation page I've got two fulfillment numbers, both on the same date, so I don't know which fulfillment number corresponds to which laptop, in order to deactivate.
