It was working fine and ceased working from one day to the next. I had a similar issue some time ago and it had to be reactivated by the support team. I would need help from the service team asap.

Can you provide more details please- (perhaps screenshots) of what is happening when you are adding MT Cloud to the project, and which version of Trados Studio you are using please.
Please also try removing the app and reinstalling the latest version.
