You can install SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional on multiple devices or a local server but I`m not sure what you mean by "get rid of the "one person" dependency".

Currently you have a 2019 single-user license which can be used by one user, on one computer. If you need a license that can be shared between users you need a Network license.

In you want to achieve something else please provide more setails.
