Good afternoon,

I had a problem with my computer and I had to restart it, so I lost the installed software. I tried to deactivate the licence manually from the web but it gave me an error. As I have SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus, I have taken the extra licence but I want to recover the one I have lost.

I have installed the extra license but now, I can't see the projects on the platform  (but they are still on the hard disk) and I don't know how to do it, as it forces me to open them 1 by 1.

Can you help me?, Do I need to do something else?
