Today I was working on a project and after I installed the new update, the system pushed me out and I could not get in the system anymore. The message ''Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started'' popped up.
I checked the community on this topic and did all the steps in (https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/studio/13281/service-sdl-translationstudio-api-projectmanagement-iprojectmanagement-could-not-be-started---error-with-studio-2017) (renamed the folder, but it did not work; tried repairing it, it did not work; checked the Windows Defender, which was already turned off.)
I completed all the steps in https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038444, unfortunately none of them worked.
When I try uninstalling the program from Control Panel, the message that pops up says that a different version (which I cannot find in my computer) is already installed and that I should uninstall it first.
Does anyone have any idea how I can uninstall any version of Trados that is currently installed?
