It is not possible to run Freelance and Professional at the same time.
Please log out of Studio (Freelance) and then restart Studio.
Now select-
You can now paste in the activation code and activate the Professional trial.

Thank you for your response.
When you say 'log out', do you mean I need to click on my user name in Studio Freelance and then click the 'Deactivate' buttonon the pop-up window?
