his is what is happening to me:
1) I had Trados Studio 2017 for freelancers on my personal computer
2) My company bought me Trados Studio Professional 22021
3) I wanted to install Trados Studio 2021 on my work laptop but I have to wait for IT to send me a code, which will take forever
4) I decided to install Trados Studio professional on my personal laptop to access Trados Studio Cloud from my work computer
5) I deactivated Trados on my desktop to connect to the cloud
6) After I do this, I am only shown my freelance account, not my company's.
7) I want to deactivate Trados Studio 2017 for freelancers but when I enter the ticket I receive an error message saying the deactivation failed.
My questions are:
1) How do I deactivate Trados Studio for freelancers?
2) How do I access Trados Cloud/Live?
3) Why do I only see my freelance account and not my company's account when trying to access the cloud?
