I am having this issue, yet again. This is the third time I have needed to ask for support about this issue. The Find/Replace function is not working, which is a huge inconvenience and delays my work.
This issue has been solved in the past by you, but I am not sure how it was fixed. I tried running a "repair", to no avail.
Thanks in advance for any help. I really found this bug (or whatever it is) rather unacceptable.

This question was supposed to be a support ticket.
Anyway, Find/Replace suddenly disappeared. The little window is there, but empty, and the buttons and greyed out. The last two times it happened, I had a support session and it was fixed by deleting and renaming several system folders. I believe it is a bug.
I have asked around in forums and communities like this, but the problem was never solved until I got help from SDL. Yesterday, it happened again and haven't been able to fix it.

If the problem has been previously resolved by deleting some files, so you can do that yourself. Just follow the advice given in this article: Repairing your installation of SDL Trados Studio

Thanks for your suggestion. Actually, I already tried that.
Anyway, I just upgraded to 2021 in the hope it has a better performance. This issue was really affecting my jobs.
