I had some software issues with my previous laptop which led to me having to reset it to factury settings a few times and therefore having to reinstall Trados each time and resetting my license. Finally, I now have bought a new computer on which I want to activate my Trados license. However, it turns out I have exceeded the limitation of 3 license resets in the past 12 months. Is there a way to solve this?
