Trados installation error message

Dear Member,

After formatting my PC, I am trying to reinstall my Licensing Trados but while I am running up the setup.exe, each and every time I got the following error message (screenshot attached)"

"Setup has detected that the file 'C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\VSD58BD.tmp\VCRedist2005SP1-KB2538242\vcredist_x86.exe' has changed since it was initially published.

See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\VSD58BD.tmp\install.log' for more information."

I don't know how to overcome with this problem.

An early response shall be highly appreciated.
