Please try the following steps and let me know if it works afterwards :

1. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16 and rename the PlugIns folder by adding "_old" to its name.
2. In Control Panel > Programs and Feature -> right click on Studio 2021 and run a Repair installation.
