I have Trados Studio 2011 on my PC and "urgently" need to upgrade it to 2014 and then 2019, which is possible because I have the licenses available on my account.
I do not know how to do it. I watched your videos/wizards, but I am afraid I might do something wrong and loose my licenses or compromise the use of the sotware.
Can you help me please? Is there anybody who can help me step by step and online?

To upgrade your licenses, simply login to your account/Licenses- And click here to upgrade your licenses
Now simply follow the instructions and the new 2019 license will be shown,
Download and install Studio 2019 onto your machine and then activate with the new 2019 activation code.
