I have Trados Studio 2011 on my PC and "urgently" need to upgrade it to 2014 and then 2019, which is possible because I have the licenses available on my account.
I do not know how to do it. I watched your videos/wizards, but I am afraid I might do something wrong and loose my licenses or compromise the use of the sotware.
Can you help me please? Is there anybody who can help me step by step and online?

I have edited (RWS Admin) your personal displayed details as we dont need these to help you.
Simply login to your SDL Account - Licenses and click as highlighted
Follow the onscreen instructions and the new license will then be shown.
Now simply download and install 2019 (Downloads) onto your machine and then activate when prompted with the new 2019 activation code.
