Hello, I've used SDL Trados Studio 2019 for many months. During all that time I've had no problem when using different Internet connections. But now, when I visit my parents and use their Internet access, I've got a license problem. When I start SDL Trados, I get the message "La période d'évaluation a expiré" (Evaluation period has expired), I click on Activer (Activate), I enter my activation code and then I get the message "L'activation a échoué. Aucune licence n'est actuellement disponible pour le code d'activation spécifié" (Activation failed. No license is currently available for the specified activation code).

I don't understand because my license has an unlimited validity (as seen on my account on https://oos.sdl.com) and I can use my SDL Trados Studio 2019 when I use again my home Internet connection.
