Good evening. My computer was hacked (all files encrypted, etc.) and I, basically, lost everything. Long story short, I bought a new computer and downloaded Trados, not knowing that I had to deactivate Trados in the old computer which, by now, has been factory reset.
Right now, Trados is not opening a new package sent my way to translate. I am getting the following message: "Unable to find the specified file." What can I do to deactivate the license that I had in the old computer--now gone--and activate it in the new one?
Please help me.
