Unfortunately you haven't told us what it you are trying to do?
The more information you can provide, the easier it is to help.
However the error is normally linked to a corrupted Windows installtion

Sorry about that. I'm trying to open a package (double click), but unable to open the software. The error shows "Services.SDL.....itelemery etc."
I have followed the steps as per the link given, but when arriving at this step, the value is empty instead.
