Hello,
I bought the Starter version, activated it, but I noticed I had to buy the Freelance version, so I canceled my purchase.
Now I can't deactivate Starter license and can't activate the Freelance license I bought later.
I get the following error messages:
Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance.
