I get a message that says there is no licence available with my activation code. I suppose I have to deactivate it and reactivate it, but I cannot find how to do it. Could you please help me? It's kind of urgent :(

To be more precise, I find on my computer a version of the software that was retrieved. When I click on it, the Product Activation pop up windows appears and it reads: SDL trados studio 2019 (trial version) 30 days left. There is a button Activate and if I click on it and enter the activation code, this is where it says that the activation failed as there is no licence available for the specified activation code. If I go into my SDL account, under Licenses I see that my licence is currently being used and there is 0 available. Under Downloads, I see SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 CU8 with a Download button. Should I click on this button and download again?

Please create a new thread as we can only convert the thread to a support case for the original poster. Also make sure you at least tell us what version of Studio when you do this.
