If you have the Freelance Plus licence then you can have it installed and activated on two computers at the same time.  If not then you can still install it on two computers, but you can only have one activated at a time.

I'm looking to have Trados on my two computers. That solution could work for me, to activate one at a time, but how can I do that? How can I activate and deactivate to use my license on both computers?

Just deactivate on one machine via Help-> Product Activation.  Then activate the second one in the same place.
