Good afternoon, I asked for a license reset and, in turn, I received a deactivation authorization which appears to be useless. The application has already deactivated "automatically" following to a hardware failure, and I cannot activate because I have no more licenses available (zero out of one). So I need a license reset which should be made by using a "reset button" which I do not have in my page next to the license. Could someone please provide some help? thanks
