Problems activating SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional (Network SN)

Good Morning,

Last week, we purchased a permantent license for Trados Professional 2021. After installing the relevant programs, I entered the provided activation code, but was informed that there are no licenses available, and at our SDL Account, the license was also indicated as in use, even though neither I nor any of my colleagues had activated it yet.

After contacting the support team and having the license reset, I immediately tried to activate the it, but received the same notification as before, and the license appears once more as "In Use".

I would appreciate any help you could provide on the issue. Also, I would like to know how we manage to make the license available to more than one user (I am aware that it can only be used by one device at a time, but I am unsure about how to make it available to my colleagues at other locations of the company so we can use it succesionally for project managment purposes).
